Bridgerton Season 3 Predictions
Filming of Bridgerton season 3 has commenced and I have loved seeing the updates on Instagram.
As we can see, the cast set to return are:

- Ruth Gemmell (Lady Violet Bridgerton)
- Florence Hunt (Hyacinth Bridgerton)
- Will Tilston (Gregory Bridgerton)
- Adjoa Andoh (Lady Danbury)
- Polly Walker (Lady Portia Featherington)
- Bessie Carter (Prudence Featherington)
- Harriet Cain's (Philippa Featherington)
- Hugh Sachs (Brimsley)
- Emma Naomi (Alice Mondrich)

So far I haven’t seen any glimpses of Phoebe Dynevor and judging by her Instagram she’s been on holiday since filming commenced. This sounds a bit stalker-ish, I simply follow her on Instagram- no stalking involved!
We know that each book/series is centred around an individual Bridgerton sibling. This season is primarily focused on Penelope and Colin.
This also means that we’re likely to see the other siblings' relationships blossom, or equally falter.
I’m so intrigued to see how Penelope continues forward in her Lady Whistledown endeavours. Especially since Eloise has discovered her secret persona. This could go either way as Penelope’s response to Eloise finding out was very tearful and regretful. Whereas, a short while later, after overhearing Colin’s chat with his ‘lads’ where he had some not kind words about Penelope, I imagine she would feel hurt and possibly revengeful.
Penelope has loved Colin for a long time. Miraculously, he hasn’t realised. But treats her with kindness as a friend would. Towards the end of the final episode in season 2, Colin can be heard saying I would never dream of courting Penelope Featherington. Not in your wildest dreams. To which the group of men laugh.
Now if this happened to me, that would be it. No way I’d be spoken about in that way and stick around. Certainly no longer a friendship and definitely nothing more. In the words of NSYNC, bye bye bye.
I really felt for Penelope in that moment. I’m hoping to see her disband from Colin and discover new healthy relationships.

I’ve read that Ruby Stokes who plays Francesca Bridgerton has been replaced by Hannah Dodd. To my knowledge (I've done a bit of research), there have been scheduling conflicts which have meant that Ruby has had to bow out.
Could this mean we’ll see the start of Francesca's story? This is considering they've brought in a new actress to play a character that hasn't featured as much as the other Bridgerton's in previous episodes.

Lastly, I hope to see more from Jonathan and Kate this season. It’s nice to see characters just live happily which is fairly rare in tv and film but could be easily done in this format where it centres the whole family. It would be good to see Kate relax into the family as we so often saw her serious side in season 2.
I also hope to see Daphne and updates on her life.
