Commission: Personalised Bunting, inspired by Dumbo

Request: Personalised bunting with a Dumbo inspired colour palette, and name featured.
Colours: a specific colour palette of pink, grey and yellow to go with their Dumbo themed nursery.
Who for?: Baby's bedroom
I had communication with the customer throughout the making process to make sure they were happy. Since the bunting is for the clients' little girl I decided not to feature small components as these would be a choking hazard.
The end result is soft double-sided decorative bunting that features layers to hold it's structure. This means that it's safe to be played with if it finds its way into little hands- but obviously, this isn't the intention.
Plain colours feature to compliment the surrounding Dumbo aesthetic of the bedroom. The personalisation of the name means that it will be a nice keepsake for the family.

Thank you for reading. They love the bunting and plan on putting it in their daughter's bedroom.
I've been making bunting for years and I think now I've perfected the technique. It's nice to look back on work and realise you're improving.
