Belated (by not even 24 hours) / Blogmas Day Seven & Art

December 7th: ZoellaPhotoaDay- Wreath

So I planned on just posting a photo for the ZoellaPhotoaDay challenge and no blog post but I just couldn't do it- not this time. I simply really want to talk about yesterdays theme and my great December 7th!

First things first, I have never owned or made a wreath and so I was initially stumped for what to do for this theme. Then I thought, rather obviously, I could paint one! I love paint and painting and especially watercolour; voila a painting of a wreath!

Now when I say watercolour painting............

I used makeup brushes to apply acrylic paint, nail varnish for shine and sparkle and the traditional ol' paintbrushes for the watercolour.

The fairy lights are back! I was again a bit excited and took many photos with them, they just make every photo magical.

My day yesterday included finishing my current read: You're The One That I Want by Giovanna Fletcher. Creating digitally throughout the day and then in the evening, I went to see Fantastic Beasts: The Crimes Of Grindelwald. I have definitely been saying Grindelwald wrong.

I loved reading You're The One That I Want. I haven't read a book I've had the urge to keep reading for a long time until this book. I won't say too much now but definitely worth reading.
